When we were asked by our friends at John Hattersley Wines to come up with the perfect dish to accompany a wine from the Southern Rhône region, we knew it had to be something special. For an affordable luxury, pick up a bottle of Cairanne ‘La Côte Sauvage' Côtes du Rhône Villages and savour it with fillet of beef with broccoli, leeks and braised oxtails in a red wine sauce.
