Our Head Chef, Dan Smith, changes the menu with the seasons, guaranteeing that each dish is carefully crafted with the freshest ingredients all year round.

Private dining guests can take advantage of each room until 5 pm for lunch, or from 6.30 pm – 11.30 pm in the evening. If staying overnight, rooms will be entirely at your disposal for the duration of the evening.
