December festive menu
Our festive menu is available throughout December, offering two courses for £45 or three courses for £55.
Begin your evening with delicate canapés such as Brazilian cheese bread or duck pastrami tartare with rich, smoky depth. Starters balance comfort and creativity with options including wild mushroom & truffle pâté with a mulled wine gel or a pheasant & blue cheese ballotine served with celeriac purée and apple chutney.
Mains carry the spirit of the season: the stuffed turkey breast ballotine glazed with orange and festive spices is a refined take on tradition, while dishes like duck with pineapple and smoked jus or a spiced quinoa-stuffed onion with black garlic velouté deliver something unexpected. To finish, desserts range from the silky dark chocolate mousse with lime curd, to a spiced poached pear with orange & saffron coulis – a finale made to linger over.
Festive lunch menus
Served from 12–5pm, Monday to Saturday, our festive lunch menus provide the perfect mid-day escape. Dishes highlight both the familiar and the inventive: enjoy pheasant ballotine with red wine glaze or opt for warming plates such as wild mushroom risotto. Lighter choices, like superfood salad with roasted seasonal vegetables and pomegranate, bring a fresh balance to the table.
Evening dining
In the evenings, our dinner menu gives diners freedom to explore a range of flavours. From succulent beef wellington with red wine sauce to plaice fillet with saffron risotto and shellfish bisque, this is festive dining with a contemporary edge. Each dish is carefully composed to showcase local produce at its best.
