We like to think all the rooms at The Peacock at Rowsley have their own unique charm but our special rooms are just that – special. Recently refurbished, two boast elegant four poster beds, while the third  has its own separate sitting room. With furniture made locally on the Haddon Estate and antique pieces from the attics of Belvoir Castle, each room has a story to tell and provides the perfect hideaway for lazy days watching Wimbledon or a holiday in the Derbyshire Dales. Special rooms also benefit from air conditioning for those of you wilting in this hot weather! Tucked away in the quiet village of Rowsley, these room have also hosted many film actors and musicians keen to take advantage of our discreet and idyllic setting.
