White bean & smoked bacon soup with pesto & croutons

Pea mousse, Jersey royal & mint croquettes, lemon dressing (v)

Beetroot cured sea trout gravelax, dill pickled cucumber, mustard crème fraiche, toasted treacle bread

Crispy slow cooked pork, piccalilli, apple, watercress

Grilled mackerel, horseradish cream, Yorkshire rhubarb, radish

Chicken liver parfait, grape chutney, apple, hazelnut, toasted brioche


Roast rib of Derbyshire beef, Yorkshire pudding

Roast loin of pork, sage & onion stuffing, apple sauce

Chicken breast, creamed potatoes, grilled leeks, broad beans, chicken & sage sauce

Gurnard, wild garlic gnocchi, broccoli with brown butter, lemon & almond sauce

Pollock, homemade baked beans, bacon, oyster mushrooms, red wine sauce

Asparagus risotto, poached hens egg, shitake butter, goat’s curd (v)


Bread & butter pudding, brown bread ice cream, custard

Our beef and pork are both supplied by E. W. Coates in Two Dales and Hancock’s in Stoney Middleton
