Our Apprentice Commis Chef will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the daily preparation of cuisine for hotel guests of all sizes and culinary requirements. As part of their training, they will learn a range of cooking techniques to prepare, cook and finish an array of fresh and well-made dishes to a very high standard. Certification provided through West Nottinghamshire College.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to progress at a high level. The Chef De Partie will enjoy a four day working week with three days off each week, working alongside Head Chef, Dan Smith, and the rest of the kitchen team to produce high quality dishes and fine dining menus.
